Fitness Background (before starting CrossFit) Mainly eating as many pizzas as fast as possible!
Why did you start Crossfit? Because exercise is good for you and I had heard CrossFit gets results!
How has CrossFit changed your life? The biggest and probably best change so far is that I no longer fit my mother’s bra’s lol, Aside from that the fact that every day I have something to work towards! This has a positive impact on everything in my life. Every time I step into the box I am making a positive change to my life, I now feel a sense of pride and satisfaction that I haven’t felt for a very long time.
What’s your favourite WOD or movement? SQUATS SQUATS AND MORE SQUATS
What’s your current goal? To beat skinny Justin’s back squat, then to beat puny Wardy’s back squat. Then to get my body fat down to below 15%
What do you love most about the CF Hunter community? Compassionate accountability. That if I am not turning up there are people that help keep me accountable because they care. To know there is a community of people that care about my health and wellbeing out of no other reason that altruism is emboldening every day.
